What does "founder-led" actually mean for my project?

It means the person who owns the outcome is involved in it. The team is designers, developers and strategists working together rather than a project passed down a chain, and every project gets senior oversight rather than being handed to whoever is free. In practice you are not explaining your business twice.

Yes. That is one of the things we will not budge on. Your domain, hosting and accounts are in your name from day one, and the site, the code and the content are yours on final payment, so you can take them elsewhere whenever you want. We build in tools you can edit yourself rather than ones that keep you tied to us.

You will always know where things stand, and we flag risks before you have to ask. You get a project manager rather than a ticket queue, so there is a person who knows your project by name and answers when you message.

Probably. We have built in roughly twenty, from healthcare, real estate and construction to SaaS, fintech, hospitality, e-commerce and nonprofits. Honestly though, the industry matters less than the stage the business is at: launching, scaling and rebuilding are three different problems.

We follow up after go-live to check everything is running the way it should. Beyond that there are retainers, but only where there is genuine ongoing work. We do not do one-and-done, and we do not sell a retainer to a business that does not need one.

Yes, and we will say so early. If we are not the right fit, telling you is more useful than taking the work and delivering something average. It costs us a project and saves you a bad one.
