Scope.

We work out what the site has to achieve before anyone discusses design. You get a written scope with what is included and, just as usefully, what is not.

Design.

You see real layouts with your content in them, not a template with placeholder text. Revisions happen here, where they are cheap.

Build.

Everything goes to a staging site first. You review it on a URL you can share internally, before anything reaches your customers.

Launch and handover.

You receive the code, the accounts and written documentation. Ongoing care is a separate choice, not an assumption.

The long-standing exemption for businesses under three million dollars turnover is being wound back, so the safe assumption now is that the Principles apply to you. We build forms, analytics and storage on that assumption, and tell you where a decision is yours rather than ours.
