The process

Four steps, the same shape for every project.

Each service page shows the four steps for that service. They all follow this shape.

Step 01

Understand

Your first call is with the founder. We learn your goals, your audience and what the project needs, and we look at what you already have: your site, your brand and your tools. Nothing is designed or built yet.

Step 02

Define

We write the scope: the pages or features, the content, the price and the timeline, agreed with you in writing before any work starts. It is the simplest scope that solves the problem, with no services added just to make the project bigger.

Step 03

Build

Design comes first. Once you approve it, we build: in WordPress with Elementor, in Webflow or Shopify, or as custom software with the APIs and integrations it needs. We can also take over a half-finished build and give it proper structure. You review the work at each stage.

Launch
